Occupancy at The Lakes Hotel

Under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, it is a legal requirement to know the correct occupancy at any given time. (The maximum occupancy at The Lakes Hostel is 19).

When you make your booking with The Lakes Hostel, please advise us on the correct number of guests within your party for your booking period. If this changes at any time you MUST contact The Lakes Hostel immediately to advise on the new numbers of guests which will be attending The Lakes Hostel.

Our terms and conditions are to comply and assist in the eventuality of a fire.  The number of guests is critical to fire safety crews if called out to The Lakes Hostel, representing proportionate and appropriate fire safety measures for this type of property.

Failure to comply with the above, many result in you been asked to leave The Lakes Hostel.
