Bowled over.
Perfect base for transport links, shops, bars and restaurants. Rooms worked for everyone in our group, older gents jumped in the bottom doubles, younger guys up top. 2 fridges meant room for a couple of beers and any food, water, milk, etc we needed.
The keypad door worked a treat. Those that drove parked on Broad St for free all weekend, and coach pulled in at the station. All instructions were clear and no one of our large group had a single problem.
We were a group of 11 and had a fantastic stay at the Lakes Hostel. Amanda's communication was very helpful both ahead of and following our trip, and the ease of entry to the property was perfect.
The facilities were perfect with plenty of space for everyone and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare and serve meals.
It was all very successful from our side and can definitely recommend the property to anyone in a similar position.
Perfect property for a large group. Bedrooms comfortable, ideal location and the facilities were great. Lounge space is huge and kitchen had everything we needed. Great communication from host.
